when we turned back to the period representing the century American history, is easy to shout the major military commitment that represent the major wars of this country. of the world war ii beggar civil war to the Korean to the first world war, American people concerned have in many military commitment and emerged victorious in all but a few of them. but one [of] strangest, longest lasting American war had entered the one was called “the cold war”.
for many American lives today, the cold war reality that must be faced for decades. For this reason the cold war there was no war, no armies in the spread, no one is counting, and no major commitment to the report. This rather lame period of silent hostility between the union and the soviet union countries which lasted from the end of world war ii the early 1990’s up.
it is strange that the narrowness of our cold war relations with the soviet union during world war ii the bond of friendship. but the descendants of “conflict” in its place at the end of that terrible war. with the presence of nuclear technology, the concept of “superpower” was born. This is not itself a source of tension to their own soviet union as well build a bomb and escape the long cold place in which both nations to train thousands of these weapons at each other they should be warned never considered firing the weapons.
This race is too bright that lasted nearly fifty years and create a great pipeline in both economies. both countries have a controlling “parity” of the nuclear weapons states they are not getting more than others so throw the power balance and provides an unfair advantage war. This strange logic in which both countries have enough weaponry to destroy the earth a dozen times but still they insisted “having parity” during the cold war.
This battle is not clear that among the soviet union and the American could ever understand. attract potential outcomes weapons have the power to destroy life on planet earth. but the state is not prepared lay down arms and begin the process of how to make peace with others. so that these weapons continue to refer to each other, day after day, year after year, for fifty years.
rather than conduct direct combat, the two countries fought each other through a small war in the whole earth. the soviet union, in cooperation with the Chinese happily contribute to a loss in Vietnam insulting that the unity of the country bear. but the unity of the country and then turned around and afghan forces pushing towards the who defeated the soviet union in the state of their work. authorization letter from the war, space race, and face sometimes stops like Cuban missile crisis, continued for decades will test the cold war and separated from the two countries have never turned away and let others benefit.
ultimately economic pressures in the two countries to take its toll highway in the early 1990s, especially in the soviet union as a pressure support such an expensive and unproductive war economy forced the Soviet empire to collapse and destroy. unity of the country has won the cold war will lead to thin and stubborn refusal to surrender.
