Factors To Men Hair Loss

A great deal of factors play in the role of hair loss. The definition of hair loss is known be the thinning of your hair on your head. Hair loss can take many different shapes and forms depending on the person. This condition can start at any age, but usually begins in the teen years. Unfortunately, it affects men, women and young adults as well. Most people try to keep as much hair as possible and each strand loss to them is a big concern.

Your Genes Can Determine Your Hair Line

Your ancestry or family tree is a big factor in determining the future of your hair loss. Your genes are the blueprint in time as to what will happen with your hair. There are also other factors, not related to genes, that affect us as we live and grow. Thankfully, just because some of the men in your family have bald spots does not necessarily mean that you will. It all depends on how dominant the bald gene is in you.

Health and stress Problems Can Affect Your Hair

Stress also plays a part in some men hair loss cases. People who are stressed tend to be dismissive of their health and they may lack the necessary nutrients to keep up their locks. Another thing that stress may contribute to in male hair loss is the amount of stress that our body can take. Some conditions may crop up when a person is severely stressed and these can have manifestations such as hair loss.

Health conditions, both physical and mental can affect your hair loss. Both play a part in whether your hair loss is temporary or permanent. Chemotherapy can cause you to lose your hair, but in most cases the hair loss is only temporary. In cases of mental disturbance, there are those who actually subconsciously pull out their own hair. This can contribute to hair loss, but again is only temporary when the mental disorder is reversed.

Since not all men’s hair loss can be stopped nor regained, many men do a lot of things to correct their baldness. There are times that thinning hair does grow healthy and strong but ultimately, once the follicles come out, you can never regain what is not there anymore since follicles are the roots of hair.
